World Rabies Day Symposium

The CDC World Rabies Day Symposium will focus on the importance of rabies prevention and control at the global and national levels, as well as human and animal rabies epidemiology, diagnosis and surveillance issues.  This year's symposium will be held in memory of George Baer, his pioneering work on oral rabies vaccination, and dedication to rabies control in the United States and abroad.
