SAVMA World Rabies Day Symposium
The Symposium at Kansas State University (Sep. 19th, 2009) was a great success with more than 200 people in attendance! The Symposium brought together a One Health audience comprised of veterinary and medical students, faculty and practicing veterinarians and focused on the importance of rabies prevention and control at the global, national, state and local levels, as well as human and animal rabies epidemiology, diagnosis and surveillance issues.
